I had long curly depression hair which was severely matted and unpleasant and requested a short cut.
From the moment we met she put me at ease with her bubbly personality. She is non judgemental and talked me through the steps she was going to take both prior to and during the appointment.
I now have clean short hair and I’m so pleased with the result.
